Frenkel Topping appoints Greg McMahon to Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Manchester – Frenkel Topping (AIM:FEN), the provider of specialist independent financial advice on the investment of personal injury damages and clinical negligence awards, is pleased to announce that Mr. Greg McMahon will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. McMahon has over 15 years’ experience of working as company secretary and head of legal services for UK listed companies, as well as having considerable board level experience.

Mr. McMahon is currently Company Secretary and General Counsel at Mitchells & Butlers plc, a FTSE 250 company which is the largest operator of managed restaurants and pubs in the UK. Mr. McMahon’s principal responsibilities include managing all legal and corporate governance matters, company secretarial functions and responsibilities for food safety, health and safety, security, licensing compliance and retail control functions as well as having management oversight of internal audit and insurance. Mr. McMahon is a member of the Mitchells & Butlers Executive Committee and also chairs the Mitchells & Butlers Risk Committee. In his most recent previous role he was Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services at Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc. Prior to this he was Group Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services as Assura Group Limited, and Group Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services at Airtours plc/ MyTravel Group plc. Mr. McMahon has also worked for Thomas Cook Group plc as Group Company Secretary and PLC Legal Services Director.
