Franchise Services of North America appoints Steve Brandon to its Board of Directors

– USA, MS – FRANCHISE SERVICES OF NORTH AMERICA INC. (FSN.V) is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Brandon of Jackson, Mississippi to the Company’s board of directors. For 25 years Mr. Brandon has provided legal representation to managers and individuals in claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other types of business disputes in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama. In 2010 Steve opened his own law practice, in Jackson, Mississippi, where he continues to work with individuals and managers, in the private and public sectors, to address and resolve employment and business issues. Mr. Brandon obtained his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University, and his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.”

The Company also announces that Bruce Donaldson has recently resigned from the Macquarie Group. Notwithstanding his resignation, Mr. Donaldson will remain on the Company’s board of directors as an independent director.
