– USA, IL – Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. (NYSE: FBHS), an industry-leading home and security products company, announced today that it has elected Susan Saltzbart Kilsby to its Board of Directors. She was elected by the board at its July 28, 2015 board meeting and her position is effective immediately.

Ms. Kilsby spent most of her career at Credit Suisse AG, holding a variety of senior positions including managing director of European mergers and acquisitions of Credit Suisse and most recently serving as senior advisor until her retirement in May 2014. Ms. Kilsby also has a distinguished global career in investment banking having held senior positions with The First Boston Corporation, Bankers Trust and Barclaysde Zoete Wedd. She has been a director of Shire Plc since 2011 and a non-executive chairman since April 2014. She also is a member of the board of directors of Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. and BBA Aviation PLC. Former board positions include L’Occitane International S.A. and Coca-Cola HBC AG. Ms. Kilsby holds a BA in Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
