First Sound Bank appoints Damon Huard to its Board of Directors

– USA, WA – First Sound Bank (OTCBB;FSWA) today announced that Damon Huard has been appointed to its board of directors. “We are very honored to have Mr. Huard join our board,” said First Sound Bank Chairman and CEO Pat Fahey. “His small-business experience, and his standing in the community, will be a great asset to First Sound Bank and our clients.”

Huard currently serves as director of external relations for University of Washington Husky Football and is a co-owner of “Passing Time,” an award-winning boutique winery in Woodinville. As a small-business entrepreneur, Huard also has been involved in a number of other local small businesses.

Huard graduated from the University of Washington Foster School of Business in 1995 and went on to play professional football in the NFL for twelve years as a quarterback for the Miami Dolphins, the New England Patriots, and the Kansas City Chiefs.

During his outstanding football career, Huard received many honors: with the Patriots, two Super Bowl rings from Super Bowl XXXVI and Super Bowl XXXVIII; with the Chiefs, a 2006 season finish with a 98.0 rating as quarterback, ranking second in the NFL behind only Colts quarterback Peyton Manning; and as a three-year starter with the Huskies, recognition as the Huskies’ all-time passing leader with 5692 passing yards.
