– TÜRKIYE, Istanbul – Finansbank A.S. (LON: FBKD) today announced the appointment of Durmuş Ali Kuzu to its Board of Directors to substitute Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın Aysan who resigned from the Board of Directors.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın Aysan is appointed as the Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
