Ferrexpo named Simon Lockett as its new Senior Independent Director

– SWITZERLAND, Baar – Ferrexpo PLC (LSE:FXPO), as mentioned on 15 June 2017 in the announcement of Mr Simon Lockett’s Board appointment, Ferrexpo now announces that Mr Lockett has succeeded Mr Oliver Baring as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 September 2017.

Mr Baring will retire from the Board of Ferrexpo on 23 November 2017.

Steve Lucas, Chairman of Ferrexpo, said: “We wish to thank Oliver Baring for his valuable work and advice since he joined the Board in December 2007, as Senior Independent Director and also, for much of that time, as chairman of the Nominations Committee.”
