– SWITZERLAND, Baar – Ferrexpo PLC (LON: FXPO) today announced the appointment of Vitalii Lisovenko as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.

As well as bringing an in depth understanding of Ferrexpo’s business, he has an independent, objective mind-set, with deep knowledge of financial markets and the Ukrainian business environment.”
Mr Lisovenko, who joined the Ferrexpo Board on November 2016, is both Chairman of the Committee of Independent Directors and the Independent Review Committee. He is also a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
