Qatar – Enterprise Qatar, a company responsible for supporting and promoting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Gulf state, has announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer.
Abdulaziz Bin Nasser Al-Khalifa has taken up the role of CEO, having built extensive experience in the SME sector as executive director of strategy and business development at Qatar Development Bank.
Al-Khalifa, an MBA graduate from Qatar University, is also chairman of the Bedaya Centre for entrepreneurship, and a board member of Qatar Business Incubator.
Enterprise Qatar provides a range of services to entrepreneurs, SMEs and start-ups to help them develop and enhance the business landscape of Qatar while diversifying its economy.
