Enphase Energy announces Richard Mora to Board of Directors

– USA, CA – Enphase Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq:ENPH) announces Richard Mora as the newest member of the Board of Directors. Mora is currently the chief operating officer of Landis+Gyr and brings a wealth of corporate strategy expertise, particularly in the smart grid and smart metering arena, to the Board.

In addition to his role as COO, Mora serves as an Executive of Landis+Gyr Holdings where he develops and executes corporate strategy in conjunction with worldwide company leadership. Previously, Mora was president & CEO of Landis+Gyr Americas. Prior to that, he held roles at Siemens and GE Capital. A Six Sigma Black Belt, Mora is an expert in process and productivity improvements at the corporate, regional and country level. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.

Mora will be joining the Enphase Board of Directors as Stoddard M. ‘Todd’ Wilson steps down after serving on the Board for nearly six years. The Enphase team gratefully acknowledges Todd’s years of expertise and guidance and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
