Endesa appoints Antonio Cammisecra to its Board of Directors

– NETHERLANDS, Amsterdam / SPAIN, Madrid –  International Endesa, S.A. (LON: 0N9G) today announced that the company appointed Antonio Cammisecra as a member of the Board of Directors of Endesa, S.A., using the co-optation system, as an external proprietary Director representing ENEL.

Mr. Antonio Cammisecra will fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors created by the resignation of Enrico Viale.

About Antonio Cammisecra

Antonio Cammisecra owns a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Naples “Federico II” and an Executive MBA Business Administration and Economics, SDA Bocconi, Milan. He started his career at 3M Italy before joining Enel in 1999. Currently, within the Enel group, he is Director of Enel Green, Head of Enel Global Thermal Generation and Head of Africa, Asia and Oceania.
