– CANADA, Vancouver – Endeavour Silver Corp. (TSX: EDR | NYSE: EXK) today announced that Bradford Cooke, current CEO and Director will assume the role of Executive Chair immediately following the AGM to be held on May 12, 2021, alongside Rex McLennan who will become the Lead Independent Director.
Geoff Handley, current Board Chair will step down as the Chair but will remain within the Board of Directors.
Dan Dickson, CFO, has been nominated to assume the role of CEO of Endeavour, and Christine West, Vice-President Controller, has been nominated to assume the role of CFO of Endeavour.
