About Michael Miles: Michael has 25+ years of experience building, growing and operating recruiting businesses. In 1988, he co-founded SeatonCorp, a leading provider of recruiting, vendor-on-premise staffing and end-to-end supplier management solutions for strategic users of contingent labor. Under Michael’s guidance, the company grew from a staff of two to a nationally recognized provider in the human capital industry, with more than 2,500 employees and more than $700 million in revenue in 2014.
In 2012, Michael founded INCubatoredu (non-profit), a national program teaching high school students how to start a business. In 2015, Michael co-founded The Operand Group, a private equity fund investing in search funds. In addition to serving as a Director at EmployBridge, Michael is a Board Member at Penn Foster, Workplace Answers, Caravel, The Intersect Group and Insertech. He is also a member of The Economic Club of Chicago.
