– UK, Luton – easyJet PLC (LON: EZJ) today announced that Catherine Bradley CBE will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Finance Committee on 1 January 2020.

About Catherine Bradley
Catherine currently serves on the Boards of Peugeot S.A., Johnson Electric, and the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority. She has held a number of senior finance roles in investment banking and M&A. She was Head of Equity Advisory, Asia Pacific at Société Générale from 2013 to 2014, and held a variety of roles at Credit Suisse from 2003 to 2012 in London and Hong Kong, where for the last four years she was Managing Director of the Equity Linked Solutions Group, Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Catherine held senior roles with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, BNP Paribas, UBS and Merrill Lynch.
Catherine graduated from HEC Paris with a major in Finance and International Economics and was awarded a CBE in 2019.
