– UK, London – Earthport Plc (LON: EPO) today announced that David Josephs and Leanna Kuo have been appointed to the board of Earthport as directors with immediate effect.
David Josephs is currently Vice President and Head of Visa Direct at Visa Europe and Leanna Kuo is currently Vice President North America Corporate Accounting at Visa Inc. The on-going appointments remain conditional on receipt of FCA approval and are consecutive to the announcement by Visa International Service Association on 8 May 2019 that its offer to acquire the issued share capital of Earthport has become unconditional in all respects.
