Doro appoints Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie as CEO

– SWEDEN, Malmö –  Doro (NASDAQ: DORO), today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie as new CEO and President with immediate effect. He replaces Robert Puskaric who currently holds this position.

Robert Puskaric leaves his role as President and CEO with immediate effect. Until a replacement is appointed, Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie also continues in the role of Chief Financial Officer.

About Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie

Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics and an MSc in Electrical Engineering. He is currently Chief Financial Officer and member of Doro’s Group Leadership Team. Prior to that, Carl-Johan was responsible for Doro Care, where he developed the business and improved profitability. In addition, Carl-Johan has also held senior positions in finance, business and strategy development at Lekolar AB, Beijer Electronics and Capgemini Consulting, among others.
