Dialight appointed Steve Good to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Newmarket – The Board of Dialight plc (LSE:DIA) today announced the appointment of Steve Good as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2018. Steve will join the Company’s Nominations and Remuneration Committees. With effect from 1 June 2018, Stephen Bird will step down as a member and chairman of the Company’s Remuneration Committee, succeeded by Gaelle Hotellier as chair.

Steve became Chairman of Zotefoams plc in 2015, having been a non-executive director since 2014. Steve is also a non-executive director of both Anglian Water Services Ltd and Elementis plc, where he is also chairman of the remuneration committee. Steve was also a non-executive director of Cape plc and chairman of their remuneration committee until 2017.

During his executive career, Steve held various leadership positions in international industrial businesses, notably at BTP plc (subsequently acquired by Clariant) and most recently at Low & Bonar plc where he was chief executive officer between 2009 and 2014.
