(OTC: DPSI / DPSIP), a leading provider and integrator of Enterprise Mobility, Wireless Applications and IoT solutions, has added Rich Bravman to its Board of Directors, in the newly created position of Chairman of the Strategic Operating Committee. Rich will work with Company senior management and the other directors to help shape the strategy for the continued growth and success of DecisionPoint Systems.

Mr. Bravman is an entrepreneurial leader with over 37 years of functional, general management and board level experience in technology companies ranging in scale from start-ups to global S&P 500 public companies, and across the growth stages in-between. Mr. Bravman is currently serving in the role of COO of Affinity Solutions, the industry leader in precision marketing platform solutions.
His earlier roles included President and CEO of Pivot3, a venture-backed supplier of converged storage/compute appliances; Vice President, Corporate Development and CMO for NCR; and Chairman and CEO of Intelleflex Corporation, a provider of on-demand data visibility solutions for cold chain and asset management.
Mr. Bravman spent the first 25 years of his career in a variety of roles at Symbol Technologies (recently acquired by Zebra Systems). He joined Symbol in 1978 as its fifth employee, held numerous positions with increasing responsibilities and most recently served as the company’s vice chairman and CEO. Rich received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
