– CANADA, Mississauga – Crescita Therapeutics Inc. (TSX: CTX), a commercial dermatology company with a portfolio of over-the-counter and prescription products for the treatment and care of skin diseases and their symptoms, today announced that Samira Sakhia, President of Knight Therapeutics (TSX: GUD), has joined its board of directors. Prior to her current role, Ms. Sakhia was the Chief Financial Officer of Paladin Labs. Ms. Sakhia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration in Strategy and Marketing from McGill University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Dr. Henrich Guntermann and Mr. Klaus von Lindeiner have tendered their resignations as board members of the Company.
