– UK, Maidenhead – Costain Group PLC (LON: COST) today announced the appointment of Bishoy Gendi as to its Board as a non-executive director, effective from the close of the Annual General Meeting on 19 June 2020. He will also be a member of the Nomination Committee. The announcement follows the successful completion of a capital raise.

About Bishoy Gendi
Bishoy is the CEO of ASGC Construction L.L.C. He has been appointed pursuant to the relationship agreement between the Company and ASGC described in the Company’s prospectus dated 7 May 2020 and, as a result, he will not be deemed to be an independent non-executive director.
Bishoy graduated from the American University in Cairo with a BSc in Construction Engineering. He also holds an EMBA from London Business School and a Masters degree in International Construction Management from the University of Bath.
