Conway MacKenzie adds Bryan Segedi and Anne Taylor to its Board as Independent Directors

– USA, MI –  Conway MacKenzie, a leading management consulting and financial advisory firm, today announced the addition of Bryan Segedi, formerly of Ernst & Young, and Anne Taylor, formerly of Deloitte to its board of directors as independent directors.

About Bryan Segedi

Bryan Segedi spent more than 30 years with Ernst & Young LLP, ascending to the role of deputy global vice chair of Assurance services, where he was responsible for over 77,000 professionals and $12 billion in global revenues. His previous positions at Ernst & Young included advisory global markets leader, Americas vice chair of Assurance services and vice chair of the North Central Region. In addition to his role with Conway MacKenzie, Segedi serves on the Alma College board of trustees and is an executive in residence at Arizona State University. Segedi received a Master in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Alma College.

About Anne Taylor

Anne Taylor recently retired from Deloitte, where she was a vice chairman and the managing partner of the Houston office. During her 30-year career with Deloitte, Taylor held several additional leadership roles, including as Deloitte’s first chief strategy officer across several business units; U.S. and global leader of e-business, which became the cyber-security practice; strategic partner advisor to the World Economic Forum’s Technology Pioneer program; and leader of the succession process for office-specific Deloitte managing directors. Taylor was the first woman to serve on the Deloitte U.S. executive committee and the management committee of Deloitte Global.

In addition to her role with Conway MacKenzie, Taylor serves on the board of directors of Group 1 Automotive Inc., and is involved with several Houston-based organizations. Taylor received her Master of Arts in civil engineering from Princeton University, and her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Utah.
