– CANADA, Toronto – Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) announced today the resignation of Ian McKinnon from the Company’s Board of Directors.
The Company wishes to thank Ian for his contributions as a board member. Mark Leonard, President of Constellation said, “I’d like to thank Ian on behalf of the shareholders and employees of Constellation for his board service and contributions during a period of remarkable growth and prosperity for Constellation. During Ian’s 12-year tenure on the board, our share price appreciated more than 50-fold, and the number of Constellation employees grew 12-fold.”
The board of directors of Constellation announced that Lori O’Neill will join the board of directors to fill the vacancy.
Lori O’Neill FCPA, FCA, CPA, ICD.D is a director and consultant. She was a partner in a global professional services firm which she served for over 25 years. Lori is a board member and chair of the Audit Committee of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, Defence Construction Canada, The Pythian Group, Ashbury College, University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Startup Canada, and is a member of the board of directors of Hydro Ottawa.
