Coinsilium Group appoints current Board Member Laurent Kssis as Non-Executive Chairman

– UK, London – Coinsilium Group Limited (ISDX:COIN), the blockchain technology investment and development company, announces the following changes to the Board with immediate effect. Cameron Parry, Co-founder and Executive Chairman has left the Board and Laurent Kssis, independent Non-executive Director has become Non-executive Chairman.

Mr Kssis commented: “Cameron played an invaluable role in establishing Coinsilium, getting the Company onto the ISDX Growth Market and in the early stages of its life as a quoted company. Coinsilium is now moving into the next stage of its development with an increased focus on providing services to blockchain companies and Cameron has decided that this is now an appropriate time to pursue other business interests. I would like to thank him for his contribution to the Company on behalf of the whole Board”.
