CleverConnect secured €5.5m funding round led Sofiouest

– FRANCE, Paris –  CleverConnect, the Paris-based HR tech startup, has secured €5.5m in a funding round led Sofiouest to refine its technology and roll out its platform across Europe.

CleverConnect already works with over 2,000 companies through all stages of recruitment, including employer branding, sourcing, CV matching, and video interviews through its platforms Visiotalent, Meteojob and HRmatch.

CleverConnect plans to use the financing to invest in research and development, and market its Visiotalent and HRmatch platforms in medium and large companies, both in France and internationally. To support this growth, the company plans to hire more than thirty new employees by the end of 2019.

“Candidates look for customized and individualized selection processes that allow them to express their skills, and this transformation, also demanded by companies, will only be possible with the help of new technologies,” said Marko Vujasinovic, president of CleverConnect.

“We will intensify our hiring of personnel and our marketing investments to consolidate our leadership in Spain, Italy, and Benelux, and to go out to conquer new markets where we can easily develop our computer solutions,” said Louis Coulon, co-founder and International Commercial Director of CleverConnect. “Our goal is to reach in 2019 the Anglo-Saxon markets (the United Kingdom and Ireland) and Germanic markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This strategy has allowed us to equip several international groups in all its subsidiaries.”
