– UK, London – Circle Property Plc (LON:CRC), the specialist regional UK office investment and development company, announces the appointment of Damian Jepson as a non-executive director, and the resignation of Timothy Scott Warren as a non-executive director, with effect from 11 December 2018. The Board extends its thanks to Mr Scott Warren for his tenure and wishes him well in his forthcoming retirement.
Mr Jepson, FCCA, qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1996 after training in Sheffield with a number of local independent accounting firms. He spent time at a local audit office before relocating to Jersey to join Moore Stephens, and later, J.P. Morgan Trust Company. Mr Jepson spent ten years at a large fiduciary firm as Head of Private Client Accounting gaining considerable experience of working with ultra-high net worth individuals. Since joining Consortia Partnership Limited’s Corporate and Fund team in December 2017, he has successfully prepared complex IFRS accounts for a multi-jurisdictional fund structure and worked on listed entities.
Mr Jepson does not currently, and has not in the last five years, held any directorships or partnerships nor does he hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
