Checkit appoints Rachel Neaman to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Cambridge –  Checkit Plc (LON: CKT) today announced the appointment of Rachel Neaman as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. On appointment, Rachel will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee and also join the Audit Committee.

Rachel Neaman brings an exceptional record of professional and advisory experience to Checkit as an influential technology leader specialising in digital transformation, leadership, health tech and initiatives focussing on skills and inclusion. Rachel’s experience spans across both the private and public sectors having worked for the European Union, the Department of Health and holding the position of CEO for two not-for-profit organisations.

Rachel’s current roles also include running her own independent consultancy Neaman Consulting Ltd, advisory positions for the Campaign for Social Science, DigitalHealth.London and Digital Leaders in addition to being Strategy Advisor for DigitalAgenda and a mentor for PUBLIC’s GovStart programme.

Rachel is also a frequent keynote speaker at UK and international conferences has appeared regularly before Parliamentary Select Committees, is a frequent judge of digital awards, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She has featured in Computer Weekly’s annual list of Most Influential Women in IT since 2016.
