Charles Stanley Group appointed Marcia Campbell to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Director

– UK, London – Charles Stanley Group PLC (LSE:CAY), announced the appointment of Marcia Campbell as an independent non-executive director, subject to regulatory approval. This approval has now been received and accordingly the Company is pleased to announce confirmation of the appointment of Marcia Campbell with effect from 16 October 2017.

Marcia was formerly a Group Operations Director and CEO Asia Pacific at Standard Life. She currently sits on the boards of Sainsbury’s Bank plc, Murray International Trust plc, The Canada Life Group (U.K.) Limited and CNP Assurances. Marcia is also a member of Aviva’s independent governance committee and the Chair of the oversight board of Woodford Investment Management.
