CEPS appoints David Pollard to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Bath – CEPS is delighted to announce that Mark David Pollard (aged 57) will, with immediate effect, replace Richard as a Non-executive Director. As set out in the 2015 Annual Report, Richard Organ will retire from his position as Non‑executive Director at the forthcoming AGM, set for 20 June 2016. He joined the Company in December 2000 as part-time Director and Chairman and subsequently continued as a Non-executive Director from March 2015.

Mark  Pollard and his family participated in the equity placing in June 2015 and have an amalgamated interest in CEPS of 500,000 shares, representing 5.22% of the voting rights of the Company. Of these 333,333 shares are beneficially owned by Mr Pollard and the remaining 166,667 shares are owned by Mr Pollard’s mother. Mr Pollard has investment authority over his mother’s holding.

Mark qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in 1983, was an analyst in two stockbroking companies and then worked as a fund manager. He is now actively involved in advising a number of private companies.
