– USA, NY / ISRAEL, Ra’anana – Centrical, the holistic employee engagement and performance management platform formerly known as GamEffective, announced its new name and the closing of a $13 million funding round led by Israeli venture capital firm Aleph, a new investor, as well as the company’s largest investor Jerusalem Venture Partners, joined by other existing investors including La Maison Compagnie d’Investissement, and 2B Angels.
Aaron Rosenson, a partner at Aleph, joins the company’s Board of Directors.
This investment will enable Centrical to increase its team’s size and strength to better manage rapid growth. It will also intensify its work in AI and related areas for smarter and more autonomous solutions for large enterprises. The company’s funding now totals $34 million.
“Centrical’s SaaS offering can improve the operations of almost any large company,” said Aaron Rosenson. “By combining learning, feedback, and gamification with deep IT integrations, they have created a novel offering that is greater than the sum of its parts.
