– IRELAND, Dublin – C&C Group Plc (LON: CCR), today announces that Vincent Crowley has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2019. Vincent was appointed a Non-Executive Director in January 2016 and is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
