Catalyst welcomes six global CEOs to its Board of Directors

– USA, NY –  Catalyst, the global nonprofit focused on building workplaces that work for women, announced six new members have joined its Board of Directors, all CEOs of multinational companies.

The new board appointees are:

  • Albert Bourla, CEO, Pfizer;
  • Dara Khosrowshahi, CEO, Uber;
  • Brian Moynihan, Chairman & CEO, Bank of America;
  • Elliott Portnoy, Global CEO, Dentons;
  • Kathy Warden, CEO & President, Northrop Grumman Corporation;
  • Howard Willard, Chairman & CEO, Altria Group.

The appointments were unanimously approved by the Catalyst Board of Directors, which is chaired by Cathy Engelbert, CEO, Deloitte, and their terms started March 14.

“It’s remarkable to welcome this power team of distinguished and experienced leaders and champions onto our board,” said Engelbert. “These CEOs will no doubt add incredible value to Catalyst as the organization continues its strategic effort to accelerate progress for women in the workplace, because as we know, workplaces that work for women, work for everyone.”

The Catalyst Board of Directors is a distinguished group of corporate leaders who guide the organization’s strategy to accomplish its mission. Catalyst also has a Board of Advisors made up of prominent executives, and Advisory Boards for operations in Canada and Europe.
