David Payne, Non-Executive Chairman of Castleton, said: “I would like to thank Ian for his instrumental role in establishing and delivering Castleton’s organic and acquisitive growth strategy, formerly as CEO and latterly as Deputy Chairman. During his tenure on the board we have built a leading supplier of software and IT managed services within the public and not for profit sectors and he leaves us well placed to maximise the opportunities we see in our chosen markets.

I would also like to welcome Paul to the board and look forward to the experience and insight he brings as we embark on the next stage of Castleton’s growth and development.”
