Carbyne appoints CEO Amir Elichai to additional role of Chairman of its Board of Directors

CEO and Founder Amir Elichai, based in New York, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board following Mr. Barak’s departure.

Mr. Barak has served as Chairman of Carbyne since 2015, helping steer the company through multiple funding rounds and the expansion of its technology into several new countries.
