– UK, London – Cambian Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Graham Rich as an independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit & Risk Committee with immediate effect.
Dr Rich, 53 has considerable experience in the healthcare sector having been a director of Health Services for the Boston Consulting Group until January 2015, and a Senior Advisor to BCG since that time. He is also a director and founder of CareTechnica Limited, a company advising healthcare innovators in taking their initial ideas to widespread adoption and commercial success.
Dr Rich is a Non-Executive Director of Allocate Software plc, a leading provider of workforce and compliance and optimisation solutions in the healthcare, defence and maritime industry, which until its acquisition in February 2015 by HgCapital LLC, was listed on the Alternative Investment Market.
He has held numerous senior positions in the National Health Service, including Chief Executive of University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust from 2007 to 2010 and Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2007 of United Bristol Healthcare NHS Trust, as well has being the Chief Executive of West Hull Primary Care Trust from 2001 to 2004 and Director of Commissioning and Primary Care within the Newcastle and North Tyneside Health Authority from 1997 to 2001.
A graduate of Kings College, University of London, Dr Rich is a medical doctor, a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and holds a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD.
