Caffyns announces Michael Warren to its Board as upcoming Finance Director

– UK, Sussex – Caffyns is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Warren as Finance Director designate of the Company. Mr Warren will be appointed to the board of the Company with effect from 31st May 2016 and will assume the role of Finance Director upon the previously announced retirement of Mark Harrison with effect from 31st July 2016.

Michael Warren, aged 51, is a Chartered Accountant who has previously spent more than 21 years with HR Owen plc, the motor dealership operator, of which the eight years until April 2015 were as Finance Director. HR Owen plc was acquired in October 2013 and subsequently delisted in April 2014, prior to which its shares were listed on the Official List of the UKLA and on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Commenting on the appointment, Richard Wright, Chairman, said: “I am delighted to welcome Michael Warren to the Company. He brings with him a wealth of relevant knowledge and his experience of having been Finance Director of a listed company operating motor dealerships will be of great benefit to Caffyns.
