– UK, London – Brunner Investment Trust PLC (LON: BUT) today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Field to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 December 2022, and as next as Senior Independent Director, from 2023 AGM, to succeed Peter Maynard who will retire from the board.
“The board is delighted to announce the appointment of Elizabeth to the Brunner board and we are very much looking forward to working with her.” said Chairman, Carolan Dobson.
Elizabeth will join the Audit Committee, Management Engagement Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

Elizabeth recently retired as a partner at Stephenson Harwood. Elizabeth was a corporate lawyer for 35 years with extensive experience of advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate transactions across a variety of sectors, specifically including investment trusts.
