– UK, London – BlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc (LON: THRG) today announced the appointment of Merryn Somerset Webb to its Board as a Non-executive Director, effective from 24 March 2021. Ms. Somerset Webb will also serve as a member of the Audit, Nomination, Remuneration & Management Engagement Committees.
The company also announced that Ms. Matterson has informed the Board of her intention to retire after the AGM, to be held on 24 March 2021.
