Beazley announces Catherine Woods to the Board as upcoming Non-Executive Director

– UK, London – Beazley plc announces that Ken Sroka, who has been a Beazley plc non executive director since November 2010, has resigned from the Board with effect from 4 December 2015 to take up a full time executive position.

The company also announces that Sir Andrew Likierman, who was appointed as a non executive director in March, has been appointed to the nomination committee with effect from 4 December 2015.

The company further announces that the board has appointed Catherine Woods as a non executive director with effect from 1 January 2016.
