Mr. Falconer is a Toronto based Chartered Public Accountant and has over 30 years of experience working with public and private companies operating in the oil & gas, minerals, and technology industries. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of both a TSXV listed company and a CSE listed company and has been a director and audit committee member of many resource-based issuers. Mr. Falconer will be a member of the Audit Committee of Bayshore.
