– UK, London – Bakkavor Group PLC (LSE:BAKK), the leading international provider of fresh prepared foods, today announces that Robert Berlin has informed the Board of his decision to stand down as non-executive director with immediate effect.
He will be replaced as the representative of BP-PE5 L.L.C on the Bakkavor Board by Patrick Cook, who will join the Group as non-executive director with effect from 12 July 2018.
Patrick Cook is a Principal at The Baupost Group and has significant investment experience across the food sector.
