– SWEDEN, Stockholm – Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE:ALV | SSE:ALIVsdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, announces that its Board of Directors elected President and CEO Mikael Bratt to become a new member of the Board effective today.
The size of the Board has thereby expanded from eight to nine members. Mikael Bratt has been President and CEO of Autoliv since June 29, 2018.
