– UK, London – Auctus Growth Plc (LON: AUCT), today announced the resignation with immediate effect of Charles Cannon Brookes from its Board and the appointment of Ross Ainger to the Board of Directors from today.

About Ross Ainger
Ross has worked alongside Charles at Arlington Group Asset Management Limited, an FCA authorised and regulated firm for the past thirteen years, and was, until recently, an Executive Director of Arlington. Ross has gained extensive financial experience spanning a nineteen-year career. He previously worked at Reuters, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers prior to joining Arlington in 2006.
In addition to his role at Arlington Ross was a Non-Executive Director of an FCA regulated corporate finance firm, a Guernsey domiciled fund and currently sits on the board of a commercial property investment vehicle which forms part of an asset management group with c. Euro 5 billion under management. Ross has co-managed IPO and RTO transactions on the London markets including the Company’s IPO and will play a key role in managing any acquisition made by the Company.
