ASG Software Solutions appoints Charles Sansbury to its Board of Directors as CEO

– USA, FL – ASG Software Solutions today announced the appointment of Charles Sansbury as the organization’s president and chief executive officer, effective September 1, 2015. Mr. Sansbury will also join the Board of Directors.

With more than 16 years of experience in strategic, financial and operational leadership, Mr. Sansbury joins the Company’s executive management team after most recently serving as COO and CFO of the global software company The Attachmate Group, which he joined in 2006. He previously served as CFO, from 2001 to 2006, at Vignette Corporation, a publicly-traded provider of enterprise content management software. Prior to Vignette Corporation, he was a principal in the Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley, specializing in the software, professional services and semiconductor industries. Mr. Sansbury holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
