– BELGIUM – Artilium plc announces that the Board has appointed Bote de Vries as non-executive Director of Artilium plc effective from 1 January 2015.
Mr. de Vries has extensive experience in the financial industry and is the former Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”) of DVB Bank America. Currently he is Managing Director of Finmar B.V. and serves as a non-executive director for major shipping, finance and healthcare companies.
Commenting on the appointment Bart Weijermars, CEO of Artilium, said: “The Company would like to welcome Bote de Vries to the board. With his considerable commercial and financial experience we are sure that he will be a very valuable addition to the team going forwards.”
