– USA, CA – Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) today announced that Kipp deVeer has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Concurrently, John Kissick, now a retired Co-Founder of Ares, is stepping down from the Ares Board of Directors.
