Arden Partners announces Luke Johnson as Non-Executive Chairman designate

– UK, London – Arden Partners plc, the AIM listed small/mid cap institutional broker today announces forthcoming changes to its Board.

Non-Executive Chairman, Peter Moon, will shortly be stepping down from the Board of Arden Partners.

As a consequence of the above Arden is pleased to announce that Luke Johnson, Non-Executive Director, will become Non-Executive Chairman (designate).

Luke will also serve as Chairman of the Nominations Committee and as a member of the Remuneration and Audit Committees.

The above changes will take effect immediately following the Company’s AGM on 9th March, 2016.

Commenting on his appointment, Luke Johnson said: “I look forward to helping Arden manage the challenges of a changing industry. Arden remains cash rich, with an enviable client list, and we plan to play an active role in the inevitable consolidation among London’s stock broking sector”.
