– FINLAND, Helsinki – Apetit Plc (HEL:APETIT) today announced that Mr. Veijo Meriläinen resigns from his position as the chairman of the Board of Directors for personal reasons. The Supervisory Board of Apetit Plc has at its meeting on 7 November 2018 appointed Mr. Esa Härmälä as the chairman and Mr. Lasse Aho as the deputy chairman of the Board of Directors. After the change, the Board of Directors of Apetit Plc will consist of five members.
