UK – Anite plc, the leading provider of software solutions to the international wireless and leisure travel industries, today confirms the following previously announced changes to the composition of its Board, which took effect from the conclusion of its 2013 Annual General Meeting held yesterday, 26 September 2013:
- Having served nine years on the Board, David Hurst-Brown stepped down as Senior Independent Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and also as a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. David remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
- Patrick De Smedt has been appointed a Non-Executive Director and replaces David Hurst-Brown as Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and is also appointed as a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
