– UK – Americapital PLC (ACL) is pleased to announce that effective immediately, Mr Garth Jensen has been appointed as Director for the company.
Mr Jensen joins ACL after a distinguished career as a CFO and Director for many public companies within the US and UK.
Mr Jensen has also previously held senior management and director positions within public and private companies within Canada, as well as having held the role of Professor and Lecturer for the past nineteen years at Laurentian University and Ryerson University in Corporate Finance and at George Brown, Georgian and Seneca Colleges.
He is currently a member of the CFA Institute of Canada and a fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
He brings to ACL a wealth of treasury and finance expertise and the company greatly looks forward to the advantages and opportunities gained through his knowledge and experience.
