– USA, LA – American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: ANPZ), operator and franchisor of the award-winning Dick’s Wings & Grill® restaurants, announced today that it has appointed Ketan Pandya to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Pandya brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and investment banking experience to the Company. He spent the first 15 years of his career at multinational technology companies Ericsson, Cisco and Dell, where he was involved with new product development initiatives, product marketing, investor relations and capital markets management. Thereafter, Mr. Pandya served as the Director of Marketing for Advanced Micro Devices, a multinational semiconductor company. Mr. Pandya currently serves as the Senior Director of National Account Sales for SMART Technologies, a developer of Web-based integrated customer relationship solutions, and serves on the advisory board of Axelo, a developer of advanced sensing technologies.
