Alterra Power appoints Kerri Fox to its Board of Directors

– CANADA, BC – Alterra Power Corp. is pleased to announce that Kerri Fox has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Ms. Fox has nearly 20 years of project finance experience across the energy and infrastructure space, including renewable power. She currently heads BBVA’s North American project finance team. Ms. Fox replaces Walter Segsworth who retired from the Board. Mr. Segsworth served on the Board of Alterra and its predecessor company (Plutonic Power Corporation) for over twelve years. Donald Shumka replaces Mr. Segsworth as Lead Director.
